Households, gifts, messages, events, forms, and reports are part of the product. You do not pay per staff login, and a section is not held back until you upgrade.
Pricing
Free to run. A fee only when you choose one.
Causera does not charge a platform subscription for the day-to-day work. The paid pieces are optional credits for generated media, and Plus+ if you bring a processor you already use.
Gifts
No Causera cut
The organization keeps the gift amount. Donors can leave an optional tip, or you can enable an optional service fee. The card processor still charges its own fee. That fee is not a Causera percentage.
AI credits
Optional
Credits pay for generated images and short clips. They are not required to keep records, send a note, or take a gift. When the balance runs out, those other parts keep working.
Plus+
$20 / month
Choose Plus+ when the organization already has a processor and wants to keep using it. Plus+ also includes a monthly grant of AI credits.

- Is there a monthly fee for the platform?
- No. People, gifts, messages, events, forms, and reports are included. There is no monthly platform fee, no per-user fee, and no locked section that requires an upgrade.
- Does Causera take a percentage of a gift?
- No. The organization receives the full gift. A donor may add an optional tip, or you may turn on an optional service fee at checkout. Card processing from the processor still applies. Causera does not add a platform cut.
- Do we need AI credits to run the rest of the product?
- No. Credits are only for generating images and short video. Records, gifts, messages, and forms work when the credit balance is empty.
- What is Plus+?
- Plus+ is $20 a month for an organization that wants to use its own processor, such as Stripe, Square, or another provider you already have. It also includes a monthly grant of AI credits.
