Tickets, a guest list, and a gift in the room

A gala, a walk, or a benefit night needs a seat, a name at the door, and a way to give during the program. Those three live on the event, not in three inboxes.

What usually breaks on the night

How the event page holds it

“Tickets live in one file and the door has another.”

Check in the people who bought seats

The guest list is the ticket list. The door is not a second spreadsheet.

What the night needs in one place

A seat and a gift

Someone can buy a ticket and add a donation in the same visit. The two amounts stay separate, and both belong to that guest.

Check-in from the list you sold

The door uses the same names as the tickets. Staff are not retyping a spreadsheet at the entrance.

A link on the program

A short link on a screen or a printed program opens the gift for that night. Those gifts land on the event.

Walkers before the day

People can raise or register before they arrive, then give again at the finish. Both show on the event.

Questions about this page

Can a ticket and a donation be taken together?
Yes. They can happen in one visit, and they stay separate amounts on that guest.
What list does check-in use?
The list of people who bought tickets. Staff do not build a second list for the door.
